Atom Bank – Post Completion Documentation

With immediate effect, Atom would like all conveyancers to adhere to the following alternative arrangements for the receipt of post completion documents;

– Priority Notice
– Confirmation of Application to Register
– Official Copy Register
– Mortgage Deeds
– Any other declarations/policies where applicable (such as indemnity insurance policies, occupiers’ consents)

Please ensure that submission of the above is by email to atombankdeeds(Replace this parenthesis with the @ sign)atombank.co.uk referencing Atom’s mortgage account number.

Updates will be made to the UK Finance handbook in line with the above.
