We’re living through unprecedented times and, before giving you an update on what we’re doing at Atom, I want you to know we’re here for you and will do everything we can to support you, whatever the coming days and weeks throw at us.

Protecting our people

In an effort to protect our family, from next week on Monday 30th March, our Intermediary Support opening hours will change from 9am to 6pm to 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. We will of course maintain the ability for you to contact us, but wait times may be a little longer. Our Mortgage Processing team will also only be contactable by email from Friday 27th March, you can email them on mortgageprocessing(Replace this parenthesis with the @ sign)digitalmortgages.net.

Helping us to help our customers

We’re also asking you to help us. Our telephone lines are extremely busy during this difficult time so if you can email us on support(Replace this parenthesis with the @ sign)digitalmortgages.net we would really appreciate it. Please note that our BDM field team is still on hand if you need to speak to them.
