Bank of Ireland and LMS have some exciting news!
We’re making it quicker and easier for you to get redemption statements using Secure Link®.
What’s changing?
From [2 December 2025], your law firm will be able to get redemption statements as soon as you ask for it using a system known as API. We’ll send the statement to you straight away as a PDF. This system is already helping other lenders so we know it will work smoothly for us too.
Will all statements be sent instantly?
During our core hours—Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm—redemption statements will be generated instantly wherever possible. However, there may be occasions when an instant statement isn’t available. This could be due to:
- Requests made outside of core hours
- The mortgage being made up of multiple accounts
- Specific customer circumstances
But don’t worry—if an instant statement isn’t possible, you can still request one via Secure Link®, and we’ll send it within our standard SLA, just as we do now.
Do I need to do anything differently?
No – just ask for the statement the way you always have through Secure Link®.
