Interim Chief Executive Officer
Ian joined LMS in 2006, bringing 12 years of lending-industry experience. To date, Ian is the business's longest-serving director. As the Chief Operating Officer, Ian is responsible for the recruitment, management, and operational delivery of law firms, and he also leads the team that manages general conveyancing, supporting 40-plus lenders and working across the industry to improve how they interact with law firms.
Chief Relationship Officer
Suzanne has worked in the UK mortgage industry for over 20 years and joined LMS in 2011. She oversees the management of our lender clients, delivering bespoke governance and risk control frameworks through her team of dedicated account directors. She is also responsible for onboarding lenders and for the business development of new clients.
Chief Technology Officer
Having worked in IT since he was 22, Mike joined LMS in 2018 to lead the transformation of our IT services. He is accountable for providing IT services to internal and external consumers, infrastructure, security, software development/testing, and IT operations.
Finance Director
Sheryl joined LMS in 2007 as an account assistant and is now FCCA-qualified with a wealth of knowledge around the LMS Finance department and overall operational business. Sheryl is responsible for managing and reporting on all aspects of business financial performance, which helps drive future decisions and strategy.
Commercial Director
Travis joined LMS in 2019, bringing 20 years of experience in Operations and Process Delivery. Travis fosters collaborations and helps build products that enable more transparency, accessibility, and connectivity within the conveyancing industry, paving the way for a more digital and interoperable end-to-end journey.
People Director
With over 15 years of experience in leadership, cultural transformation, and operations within the financial services industry, Claire is passionate about leading teams through change, supporting leaders, and building cultures where people feel supported to succeed.
