Charge Registration Updates

During the festive period, we understand law firms may have reduced staff/office closures. To ensure continual compliance with lenders requirements throughout this time, charge registration updates (delay reasons, document uploads) should be revisited in advance. Case can be updated with a sufficient timescale to avoid any noncompliance charge.

Please note cases which are without update, will be subject to charges of non-compliance.
