Conveyancer Zone Documentation

To assist with the progress of a transaction, we would like to remind all members that the LMS Conveyancer Zone provides law firms with immediate access to lender specific documentation.

Recently additions include but are not limited to, lender documentation for Bluestone Mortgages covering the jurisdiction of Scotland. Law firms can now access items such as Standard Security, General Terms and Conditions etc negating a requirement to contact the lender directly.
