Great news for our customers – NW and RBS Mortgage Manager Legacy System Migration

What’s happening:

As part of the bank’s long term vision to manage and serve our customers from one strategic platform, we’re migrating legacy NatWest & RBS Mortgage Manager accounts to the strategic Group Mortgage System (GMS).

The migration will happen over the weekend of Friday 28 to Sunday 30 September 2018 and we’ll be writing to all affected customers from 25 June to let them know what to expect and explain the benefits.

This is great news for our Mortgage Manager customers as we look to simplify our mortgage systems onto GMS.

There’s nothing for you to do at the moment, but look out for a series of communications over the coming months which will signpost what’s happening, specifically around the lead up to the migration weekend and planned system outages during this time
