As our first point of contact, nearly 5,000 calls come into our Customer Support Centre (CSC) daily and we have been working to route your queries quickly and efficiently.
When you call our central number 0300 006 0411 from Monday 5 August 2019 your calls will be routed differently. You will hear new and fewer options, directing you to the right skillset of casework-trained experts.
We know that speed of service is important for you and our continued focus is to provide quicker services and improve our technology. This involves handling calls more effectively.
For general enquiries we will have one number and one set of opening hours (8am to 5pm Monday to Friday). You may have been accessing customer support via historic numbers which have previously been diverted to our CSC. From 5 August you should direct dial our central number.
Welsh-speaking customers will continue to have the same dedicated number 0300 006 0422 and the option to leave a voicemail message in Welsh if no customer support officer is available to take their call.
