HSBC Changes to Redemption Statement Requests

HSBC will be moving to a new simplified process for requesting a redemption quote later this year, which will be similar to the way in which you already submit a Certificate of Title. This change will mean you no longer need to telephone or write to the bank to request the redemption quote.

You will need to complete an online form which will be hosted on HSBC’s Lender Documents page. An auto-response will be issued back to you to confirm that the bank has received your request, and this will also include the current turnaround time for processing. There will also be FAQs to support you with the new process
