HSBC Mortgage Loan Terms and Conditions

HSBC UK have notified LMS that they have found printing errors in the HSBC Mortgage Loan Terms and Conditions 2018 v2 Edition attached to Mortgage Offer packs issued since 7^th May 2023.

HSBC UK are taking steps to fix this.

HSBC UK are also contacting all affected customers to provide them with another copy of the Mortgage Loan Terms and Conditions 2018 v2 Edition. As the Offer document and illustration are not affected, HSBC UK will not be re-issuing Mortgage Offers.

You should access the correct version of the HSBC Mortgage Loan Terms and Conditions 2018 v2 Edition held on Lender Documents for HSBC UK Bank plc.
