LMS has been alerted to a recent increase of property hi jacks on unencumbered properties.

Please be extra alert regarding the handling of unencumbered cases, particularly when appraising any ID documents for legitimacy and when reviewing cases with potential red flags e.g., letters regarding the routing of funds to unexpected destinations.
