Leeds Building Society have updated their Mortgage Conditions and Mortgage Deed (Standard Security in Scotland) in all three jurisdictions. This change applies to all new mortgage offers from 8 November 2025.
For any clients that have a re-offer after 8 November 2025, you will need to use the new mortgage conditions and matching deed/standard security and position this with each client, so completion isn’t delayed.
The new documents will be made available via the LMS portal Lender Documents page.
