In order to avoid potential delays in releasing funds for completion, please ensure that you provide written consent from the Housing Association to satisfy the offer condition (shown below) that applies for ALL shared ownership cases.

 Offer condition on all Shared Ownership cases:  Prior to completion, the Legal Advisor must provide the Society with written confirmation from the Housing Association that it consents to the terms of each and every loan.  Please ensure that this is provided, along with all other mortgage conditions, prior to submitting your Certificate of Title, requesting completion funds.
