Leeds Building Society Update on Northern Irish Transactions

For all Northern Ireland completions, Leeds Building Society require;

• The solicitor to confirm in each case that there is a Priority Search in registered with the Land Registry at the date of the Completion.

• For purchase cases, confirmation that the customer is able to move in line with Government guidelines regarding social distancing measures.

The solicitor should confirm the above points to Leeds Building Society when submitting the COT.
