Leeds Building Society Update on Scottish Transactions

Completions for Leeds Building Society are to proceed in Scotland, however on submission of the COT the following must be confirmed per case:

– The solicitor confirming that they have an advance notice in place
– The solicitor confirming that they have the ability to extend the advance notice
– That the transaction is able to continue in line with Government guidelines regarding social distancing measures
