LMS COVID 19 Update – Land Registry

LMS Post Completion

In view of the recent announcements by the Registers of Scotland and the Northern Ireland Land Registry, LMS will be suspending post completion chasing activity in Scotland and Northern Ireland with immediate effect. This does not currently impact England and Wales, where post completion requirements will continue until further notice.

The above position remains under review with our lender clients, should there be further changes we will communicate via key industry stakeholders and through lms.com/conveyancer-news.
