LMS Post Completion Service – Update September 2020

Following recent discussions with Land Registry regarding their capacity to resume normal service, LMS are restarting the post completion service across England & Wales.

The LMS communication process will restart on Wednesday 9th September 2020 and the intervention for non-compliance will resume on 5th October 2020.

It is a requirement that firms continue to adhere to compliance with the lender’s completion process, documents and relevant information are required to be uploaded to LMS conveyancer Zone portal.
