LMS Post Completion Service Update July 2020

Due to restricted access for applications lodged with Land Registry, LMS had previously suspended all post completion chasing activity across all UK Jurisdictions. Whilst this temporary suspension remained under constant review, following recent discussions with Land Registry regarding their capacity to resume normal service, LMS have restarted the post completion service across England & Wales.

It is a requirement that firms now reinstate compliance with the lender’s completion process, documents and relevant information are required to be uploaded to the LMS Conveyancer Zone portal.
