Following the suspension of post completion chasing activity in Scotland and Northern Ireland, LMS have sought additional guidance from our Lending Clients regarding the continuation of this activity in England and Wales.
As a result of restricted access on applications lodged with Land Registry’s (closure in Scotland and NI) in England & Wales, with immediate effect, this temporary break in the post completion process will now be extended to include all UK jurisdictions.
This agreement is based on our lender’s revised directives, therefore if you continue to receive correspondence from LMS on a particular workstream, it is a requirement of that Lender that you continue to comply with their post completion process.
