LMS Post Completion Service Update

Due to restricted access on applications lodged with Land Registry’s (closure in Scotland and NI) in England & Wales and the focus on priority services by Land Registry, LMS have suspended all post completion chasing activity across all UK jurisdictions.

It remains a requirement that firms continue to comply with the lenders post completion process, documents and relevant information must continue to be upload to our Conveyancer Zone site.

The above position remains under review with our lender clients, should there be further changes we will communicate via key industry stakeholders and through lms.com/conveyancer-news.
