Marsden Building Society Deeds Update

Marsden Building Society have reported receiving a high number of completed CH1 (mortgage deed) and Title Documents directly.

Where applicable, post completion documentation should be up uploaded to Conveyancer Zone in the first instance. This avoids additional work from all parties, delays in case updates and unnecessary requests for documentation.
