Marsden Building Society – Local Search Indemnity

As a policy exception up to the 31^st March 2021, Marsden Building Society will accept indemnity cover for local searches on House Purchase cases.

This is subject to the indemnity cover adequately protecting the Society and a copy being forwarded to the Society prior to mortgage completion.

Marsden Building Society can also accept indemnity cover if Solicitors are experiencing delays with obtaining local authority searches on remortgage cases.
