Moda Mortgages have made an amendment in the UKF Handbook under section 10.2b, confirming that 5 clear working days is required for request of funds from Monday 7th July 2025. Please destroy any COTs that you may have previously downloaded from the Moda Mortgages website. New COTs and guidance notes have been uploaded with clear instructions to the Moda Mortgages website.
