Monmouthshire Building Society has streamlined their redemption statement request process. All requests should now be submitted using the new online Redemption Statement Request form which can be found on the Monmouthshire Building Society website at: https://www.monbs.com/redemption-statement-request-form/
The Society will continue to accept redemption statement requests sent in via email and in writing until 4th October 2020. From 5th October, they will only accept requests submitted via the online form or over the phone. Redemption Statements will be sent via 2nd class post by default. A separate copy will also be sent to the customer. If you would like to receive the statement via encrypted email instead, please call the Society’s Mortgage Servicing team on 01633 844370. Telephone calls may be monitored and/or recorded for security and training purposes.
Redemption statements should only be requested if you are acting for the borrower or have the borrower’s written authority to request a redemption statement. Please ensure redemption statement requests are submitted within a minimum of 5 days in advance of the redemption date.
