It’s here, delivering redemption statements, faster.

Following an unexpected delay due to technical difficulties, we’ve launched digitally produced redemption statements, for residential mortgages.

These will be delivered into your Secure Link portal in real time, in most cases. For a small number of requests, our team might need to produce these manually, but this will still be delivered into your Secure Link portal.

This service will replace our existing online form found on our Conveyancing websites. A redemption statement request via Secure Link will become our and your preferred method of communication for these requests.

What this means for you…

To access this service, please ensure you select the ‘Redemption Statement’ option from the ‘start a new query’ menu (requests submitted using any other option will not be actioned).

Secure Link can be used to submit all redemption statement requests for NatWest and Royal Bank of Scotland residential mortgages. The redemption statement will be valid for up to 4 weeks from the date of request and can be viewed in Query History when required. If the customer has completed any further transactions on their mortgage or changed their expected redemption date or this date has passed, please request another redemption statement via the portal, there’s no need to contact us.

Don’t forget, in most cases, you’ll now be able to request an up-to-date redemption statement on the same day you are planning to redeem the mortgage (if the statement has been provided in real time).
