We remind conveyancers acting for the Bank that they must download the relevant security documents, as close to the date of execution by the client as possible, from the website referred to in our instruction letter.

Any failure to do so which results in incorrect documentation being used will result in the conveyancer being obliged to rectify the situation at their own cost.
