From Monday 3rd November 2025, in partnership with Skipton Building Society and Connells, certain valuation queries raised in Secure Link FAQs will now go directly to the valuer.
- Valuation queries usually referred to Skipton will be sent straight to the valuer.
- If needed, the valuer will liaise with Skipton and respond via Secure Link.
- This pilot aims to reduce response times for valuation-related queries.
