TSB request that all documents and letters that are faxed to the bank on completed cases need to be sent to fax number 08456 002 366 as per the CML handbook. Please ensure that this includes both title registration documents and requests for redemption statements.

Please do not send this information to either of the following fax numbers 0203 357 9151 or 0203 357 9152 as the request will not be picked up or actioned by the bank.
