New Mortgage Conditions and Mortgage Deed (Standard Security in Scotland)

Skipton Building Society will be updating their Mortgage Conditions and Mortgage Deed (Standard Security in Scotland) from 4 September 2023; for any clients that have a re-offer after this date, it’s accepted that you use the initial mortgage conditions and matching deed/standard security when signing so as not to delay completion.
