TSB Bank – Borrowed Deeds Return

Following a recent review by TSB, they have amended their process for returning borrowed deeds. Going forward all deeds returned by yourselves to TSB Bank PLC for refiling, will require the original packaging inclusive of the barcode to ensure when returned to their storage facility, they are filed correctly.

If this is not adhered to, this will cause complications locating the deeds in the future and will also cause a new storage cost charged to TSB. As a reminder, there will now be an enclosed letter with each deed pack detailing the process for future clarification.
