TSB – Funds Request Timescales

TSB require 5 working days’ notice to issue funds, please consider this when submitting your clients Certificate of Title. Without 5 working days’ notice this could put your client’s completion at risk.

Please refer to the relevant section of the CML/BSA Hand book for specific lender instructions. Continued non-adherence will be monitored and may result in the lenders decision to remove a firm from panel.
