TSB Redemption Statements

TSB require all redemption statement requests for TSB customers to be requested via the following TSB webpage. The UK Finance Handbook Part 2 for TSB has been updated with this instruction.

Simply complete a short request form which can be found at: https://www.tsb.co.uk/request-a-redemption-statement.

TSB will process requests via this service within 2 working days and send the redemption statement back by email, this is a reduction of the usual 5 working day service standard.
