TSB have noted a number of solicitors have been raising queries via secure link and also sending the same query via email.
Please note when submitting queries via secure link, their preferred contact method, it is not required for you to also send the query to TSB via email.
TSB are aware that some queries may not fit within the categories available, in this instance the query can be sent via email only.
