Use Secure Link for faster case queries

Streamlining the conveyancing process has always been a key aim for LMS, and our innovative Secure Link messaging service is playing its part by helping to improve case query turnaround times.

This secure, easy-to-use service enables law firms to raise common post-offer queries with RBS and NatWest during this first phase of delivery, and benefit from prompt responses to help keep cases moving quickly. Both lenders are prioritising queries channelled through Secure Link, so it makes sense to use the service for the swiftest response.

Online messaging is already a common feature in other areas of daily life, and Secure Link is only going to become more indispensable as time goes on. Both RBS and NatWest will be making traditional fax submissions obsolete in the near future with only Secure Link queries being accepted, so the sooner you familiarise yourself with the service, the better for you, for lenders and your clients.
