Virgin Money – Closure of fax

Virgin Money has now removed the option for conveyancers to send COT’s by fax. The fax number has been decommissioned and replaced by a new email mailbox for COT submissions, cots(Replace this parenthesis with the @ sign)virginmoney.com, which is now being monitored for submissions. All COT’s should now be submitted by email to this address.

This change has coincided with changes to Virgin Money’s COT documents, which have been updated to include the new email address and to show Virgin Money’s new registered company address. Virgin Money will of course still accept any old versions of the COT if you have already received this in the offer pack.
