West Bromwich Building Society TT Fee Reduction

West Bromwich Building Society are reducing their CHAPS/Telegraphic Transfer fee to £10.00 with effect from 1st July 2022. All mortgage offers produced before this date will stipulate the previous fee amount of £30.00, however, no revised offers are necessary as a result of the fee reduction.

Completions that take place after 1st July 2022 will have the fee adjusted automatically, therefore, the advance amount released will be higher than provided in the mortgage offer.

Any completions that take place on 1st July 2022 will be charge the higher fee of £30.00. However, a refund will be provided directly to the applicants 5 working days after completion.
