As of the 7th of April, Select will launch an exciting feature update, giving more flexibility to law firms and, in turn, ensuring up-to-date information for brokers.
Select effectively supports a broker with a case, from the moment they’ve instructed a law firm – which, with Select, can take less than a minute – to when the case has completed. Select facilitates a smooth and timely process, so that a broker can offer a stress-free mortgage or remortgage experience for their customer.
Now, with the launch of this enhanced feature to Select, brokers will experience further benefits.
Law firms will be able to amend their pricing in real time so that information is dynamic. This means they will have full control over their fees, inputting and amending their details independently. They can also set different attributes, such as if they accept Building Safety Act cases, or showcase a specific USP; for example, if they have a team that speaks several languages.
So, how will this affect brokers?
- They will receive up-to-date quotes, resulting in greater transparency for their clients.
- When instructing a firm on behalf of their client, a broker can be confident that the fees are current because any changes would have been made immediately by the law firm, increasing peace of mind all around.
- It will be easier for a broker to find a law firm that suits their client’s needs.
