What brought you to LMS?
I already knew LMS from when I worked at Santander. Even then, I found the business interesting. When LMS offered me a position, I didn’t really hesitate because I could see how progressive the business was and that it could genuinely bring something different to the sector.
What do you want to see happen at LMS?
I want to see the business succeed – not just for professional reasons, but for the people who have worked here and contributed to LMS’s growth over the years. I have worked with many colleagues over a long period of time and want to see their careers continue to develop and flourish at LMS. We have a great culture, and I aim to maintain that and keep recognising the hard work and dedication within the business.
What’s your favourite thing about working at LMS?
LMS decides to do things and gets them done. If a colleague comes up with a good idea, we listen and we act upon it. We also work really closely with our customers to ensure we deliver products and services that meet their objectives as well as our own.
