Accessibility Statement

At Legal Marketing Services (LMS), we want everyone to be able to use our website and access information about our services. This includes people who use assistive technology or need content in a different format. We’ve also made the website text as simple as possible to understand.

Our Commitment

We aim to make all our websites clear, simple and easy to use. Where reasonably practicable, we work towards meeting Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, the recognised standard for digital accessibility. Some parts of the website may not yet meet all accessibility requirements. Where we find issues, we will work to fix them as part of our improvement plan.

How Accessible This Website Is

We are working to make our website as accessible as possible. We know that some areas may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA, and we are working to identify and fix these issues.

We aim to make sure our website:

– Can be used with a keyboard.

– Has clear and consistent navigation.

– Uses good colour contrast between text and backgrounds, and supports users who choose to adjust colours, contrast levels or fonts through their browser or device settings.

– Allows users to resize text using browser settings.

– Uses clear headings and page structure. Includes alternative text for images where needed.

– Allows text to be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality, and supports page reflow so content remains usable at higher zoom levels where possible.

– Allows users to navigate most of the website using a keyboard.

– Listen to most of the website using a screen reader (including the most recent versions of JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver).

Accessibility is an ongoing process. We regularly review our websites, check for issues and make improvements where needed.
