Bank of Ireland have seen a rise in calls and contact attempts from law firms seeking updates or sending documents outside the agreed process, which is creating delays. Please ensure all case updates, messages, outstanding actions and document uploads are handled through the LMS Portal and Conveyancer Zone, all required information, including advance amounts, is available there. Bank of Ireland cannot accept documents sent by fax, and firms should ensure their staff know how to view messages, upload documents and access Secure Docs.
