Please note that Bluestone require 5 working days’ notice for completion requests, which is noted on page 2 of the COT.
Bluestone have recently updated their documents. Please ensure that you use the correct versions which are available to download on the LMS documents portal.
Cases offered on or after 1st May 2025 require the 2025 versions. Failure to use the correct versions will result in the COT being rejected.
Please note, Bluestone will release funds on the same day as completion, if all the outstanding requirements have been satisfied.
An email confirmation will be sent once the funds have left their account.
It is extremely important that Bluestone are notified as soon as completion has taken place for our file to be updated.
