Before issuing a certificate of title for completion, please can you make sure all the special and standard conditions are being satisfied within the mortgage offer as this could delay completion for the customer and completion money being sent on time.
A common issue that can hold up completion funds being released is the Housing Association Consent to Mortgage not being provided on a Shared Ownership application. Please make sure this is submitted before the funds are requested.
