If you are processing a transfer of equity with Leeds building Society, please make sure that when sending the original TR1 for execution, it is sent from the acting solicitors office on the application (to whom the office is addressed). If for whatever reason, the office has changed, please notify the Society before sending the TR1 in order to update our system and make sure everything is correct, which will avoid delays in processing the forms.
