Suffolk Building Society are making some improvements to their in house system and it will be undergoing planned maintenance from Saturday 22 March to Tuesday 25 March has now been extended to Friday 28th March.
During this time, it may cause a small disruption to receiving requests and producing redemption statements.
If you have an urgent redemption statement request for a case completing on or before 28th March 2025, please call Suffolk Building Society on 01473 278511 and the Mortgage Servicing Team can produce a manual redemption statement for the selected account.
Anything due to complete/redeem after Friday 28th March, please bear with Suffolk Building Society, as they will provide the requested redemption statement as usual via LMS SecureLink.
