The Mortgage Deed/Standard Security provided to you in these cases is specific to Joint Borrower Sole Proprietor lending.

When the borrowers sign the Joint Borrower Sole Proprietor Mortgage Deed/Standard Security, only the Main Borrower(s) will sign in a Mortgagor/Proprietor capacity. All borrowers will sign in a Borrower capacity.
