New LMS Select feature, Panel Builder, provides flexibility for law firms, and a more tailored approach for Select users and their customers.
Select effectively supports intermediaries with a case, from the moment they’ve instructed a law firm – which, with Select, can take less than a minute – to when the case has completed. The platform facilitates a smooth and timely process, so that introducers can offer a stress-free mortgage or remortgage experience for their customer.
Now, all users can experience the benefits of Panel Builder via the Select portal as this feature enables law firms to showcase their expertise, displaying specific attributes based on customer criteria. With this increased transparency, users can easily select firms with the necessary attributes for a specific case type and per their customer’s needs, including more specialised or niche cases.
Additionally, the Panel Builder feature now allows all users to create their own bespoke panel of law firms from the wider Select panel, based on attributes, pricing, and services.
