What drew you to LMS?

Upon meeting Nick and gaining a glimpse into the work of LMS and his vision for the business, I was eager to participate. Even at that time, it was evident that the opportunity was to leverage technology in a more significant way, not only to achieve business objectives but also to drive innovation and change. The transformation that we initiated persists to this day as we consistently strive to enhance our agile practices, technology stack, and, ultimately, the pace at which we can deliver value through technology.

What do you like most about LMS?

In recent years, the IT department has experienced significant growth in terms of both our capabilities and the velocity at which we are operating. We have attracted some immensely talented individuals to the business, which is the sole reason for our achievements. It is quite humbling to work daily alongside a multitude of individuals who possess a high level of expertise and are so enthusiastic about utilising technology to simplify the conveyancing process.

What do you want to achieve at LMS?

We have now reached a stage in the evolution of our technology platform that enables us to greatly influence the market. We can utilise our strengths and talent pool to drive change in the industry by leveraging our position with our lenders and law firms. I am committed to identifying innovative methods to reduce conveyancing timeframes and enhance the customer experience.
