Modern Slavery Statement

Modern slavery is a term used to encompass slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour, bonded and child labour and human trafficking. Human trafficking is where a person arranges or facilitates the travel of another person with a view to that person being exploited. Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. The Modern Slavery Act 2015 is designed to combat modern slavery in the UK.

LMS has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and our policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships. We’ve also implemented effective systems and controls to help prevent modern slavery from taking place anywhere in our own business or our supply chains.

We ensure there is transparency within our own business and with our contractors, suppliers, and other business partners, consistent with our obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015. We expect the same high standards from all our contractors, suppliers, and other business partners, and expect they will hold their own suppliers to the same high standards.

If we find that other individuals or organisations working on our behalf have breached this policy we will take appropriate action.
