Full Time – 37.5 hours per week 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 10am-2pm (currently 1 in 6) on a shift rota.
Summary
As Customer Service Advisor will be first point of contact answering questions and queries from Banks and Building Societies, Law Firms, Brokers and Customers. On the job training, regular coaching sessions and 121s will be provided in order to support you in your role and aid your career development.
Requirements
Successful candidates will have strong communication skills , both verbal and written and have a confidential telephone manner will have at least 2 years customer service experience knowledge of property services or conveyancing would be beneficial but is not essential.
