Summary
You will be responsible for effectively and consistently resolving any conveyancing related queries received from borrowers, lenders, law firms and service providers through inbound telephony and email management. Delivery must be achieved by offering the highest standard of customer service to all parties and where possible providing a first call resolution. As Customer Service Advisor your role is critical to the success of our business.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have, excellent verbal and written communication skills and a confident telephone manner, and good knowledge of MS office applications. You will be a strong team player who enjoys in working in a fast paced environment.
